Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time

We offer reliable shipping services across Pakistan:

  • Within Pakistan: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)
  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 3–5 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available on orders above PKR 5,000.

For orders below this amount, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience. You can pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to your doorstep.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order and make the payment at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through our courier partner's website.

If you have any questions about your order status, please contact our customer support team.

Possible Delays

While we strive to deliver your orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays and weekends
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Courier service disruptions
  • High order volumes during sale periods
  • Remote or hard-to-reach delivery locations

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Customer unavailability at the delivery location
  • Refusal to accept the package

The courier will make additional delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us, and you may be charged for return shipping fees.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately.

For damaged packages:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the package appears visibly damaged
  • Take photos of the damaged package and contents
  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order details

For lost packages:

  • If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours
  • We will investigate with our courier partner and resolve the issue promptly

We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund for damaged or lost packages, subject to verification.
